Director of MES & Smart Manufacturing at a listed global electronics manufacturing group: define the group MES/smart-manufacturing roadmap and Global Template, roll out MES across multi-country plants under ISA-95 integrating ERP/PLM/WMS/equipment, run 24/7 L1–L3 operations with ITIL/SRE, manage vendors, and lead a multinational team. Siemens MES experience is a plus.

A listed global electronics manufacturer with multi-country plants, driving smart manufacturing and digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
1. 規劃集團 MES 與智慧製造藍圖，建立 Global Template 與各廠部署的治理機制，依 ISA-95 整合 ERP、PLM、WMS 與設備端。
Define the group MES and smart manufacturing roadmap, set up Global Template governance, and integrate ERP/PLM/WMS/equipment under ISA-95.
2. 督導跨國多廠 MES 專案，確保時程、預算與品質達標，並調度內部與外部資源。
Oversee multi-site MES projects on time, on budget and to quality, and allocate internal and external resources.
3. 建立 7x24 維運與 L1–L3 分級支援，導入 ITIL/SRE 實務，降低停機對產線的影響。
Build 24/7 operations with L1–L3 escalation and apply ITIL/SRE practices to keep downtime low.
4. 管理 MES 原廠與第三方廠商的合約、SLA 與範疇。
Manage MES vendors and third parties, including contracts, SLAs and scope.
5. 帶領跨國團隊，培養人才梯隊，並定期向高階主管報告進度、KPI 與風險。
Lead the regional team, develop talent, and report progress, KPIs and risks to senior management.
Requirements:
- 大學以上學歷，資工、資管、工工、自動化或相關科系。
Bachelor's degree or above in CS, IM, IE, Automation or a related field.
- 10 年以上高科技製造、半導體或電子組裝 IT/OT 經驗，其中 8 年以上 MES 團隊主管經驗。
10+ years of IT/OT experience in high-tech, semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, including 8+ years leading MES teams.
- 熟悉 ISA-95，具 Global Template 設計及多國 rollout 實績；有 Siemens MES 經驗者優先。
Proficient in ISA-95, with a track record in Global Template design and multi-country rollouts. Siemens MES experience is a plus.
- 熟悉高可用架構、DR 演練與 7x24 維運指標（MTTR、MTBF、SLA），並具備 OT 資安觀念。
Knowledge of HA architecture, DR drills and 24/7 operations metrics (MTTR, MTBF, SLA), plus awareness of OT security.
- 中英文流利，能以英文主持跨國會議並處理緊急事件。
Fluent in Chinese and English, able to lead global meetings and handle escalations in English.
