- Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, including periodic checks of messages when not in-center
- Attend additional mandatory staff meetings as required by the staff leadership
- Directly report to Owners and work closely with the General Manager and Head Coach
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated individual looking to grow within a company
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional with strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable talking to parents in-person and over the phone
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-through
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
- Experience working with kids is a plus, but not required for the front desk role
Schedule
- Priority will be given to candidates with availability on Saturdays and Sundays, but we may be flexible for the right fit
- Some weekday evenings availability
- Schedule will depend on center needs and trial volume
- Part Time: ~12 hours a week
