About Eucalyptus
We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story:
- Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
- Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
- Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.
About the role
The Medical Support Associate for Spain is part of the core care model. You'll be the bridge between our prescribers and patients, handling clinical queries, side effect triage, and treatment check-ins through digital channels in Spanish and English. It's a remote contractor role, 3-4 hours a day across 7 days.
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse (enfermera/o), Pharmacist (farmaceutico/a), or Doctor (medico/a)
- A few years of clinical experience - you need solid triage and clinical judgment
- Fluent Spanish and professional English, you'll use both every day
- Comfortable working remotely without much hand-holding
- Interest in telehealth and digital patient care
What you'll be doing
- Triage and respond to patient questions, side effect concerns, and complaints through email, SMS, and chat (mostly written, some phone) in Spanish and English
- Give sound clinical advice that keeps patients safe and on track with their treatment
- Run scheduled treatment reviews
- Write and maintain patient education materials in Spanish
- Work with the broader clinical team to flag issues, improve protocols, and handle escalations
- Cover a rotating 7-day window (3-4 hours/day including weekends)
What's on offer
- Flexible hours that fit around other commitments
- A real chance to grow with the Spain clinic as it scales, with a path to FTE
