MDM Architect

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you enjoy working in a service-oriented industry? If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!

Modivcare is looking for an experienced MDM Architect to join our team. As an MDM Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping the enterprise data foundation that powers healthcare operations, analytics, AI-driven decision-making, and digital transformation. You will lead the design and implementation of modern Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities that establish trusted, governed, and high-quality data across our Member, Provider, Facility, and other enterprise domains. Your work will directly improve the accuracy of critical business processes, enhance experiences for members and providers, accelerate innovation, and enable strategic growth across the organization.

We’re looking for a collaborative technology talent who enjoys solving complex enterprise data challenges, influencing enterprise architecture, and building scalable solutions that create lasting business value. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern data platforms, embraces continuous learning, and is excited to help shape the future of healthcare by delivering trusted, high-quality data that powers better decisions, stronger operational outcomes, and improved member experiences.

This is an opportunity to build enterprise-scale data products that become foundational assets for operational systems, advanced analytics, regulatory reporting, and emerging AI initiatives. Working closely with business and technology leaders, you will establish scalable architecture, modern engineering practices, and enterprise governance standards that transform data into a strategic business asset while supporting Modivcare’s mission of delivering better care through better data.

• Establish trusted Golden Records through identity resolution, survivorship rules, and deterministic and probabilistic matching techniques.

• Configure, implement, and optimize enterprise MDM platforms such as Ataccama ONE, Reltio, or similar technologies.

• Define and maintain canonical data models and governance standards that improve consistency across enterprise applications.

• Ensure master data is accurate, governed, reusable, and available across Member, Provider, Facility, and other enterprise domains.

• Design scalable architecture that supports operational excellence, enterprise growth, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives.

Data Integration & APIs

• Design and develop secure, scalable APIs and enterprise data services that expose mastered data to operational systems, analytics platforms, and downstream applications.

• Build integration solutions supporting real-time, near real-time, and batch data exchange.

• Develop scalable integration patterns that enable enterprise-wide consumption of trusted master data.

• Ensure secure, governed access to enterprise master data across cloud and hybrid environments.

Data Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native data pipelines using AWS Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Amazon S3, Athena, and Step Functions.

• Develop scalable transformation logic using SQL and dbt.

• Leverage dbt capabilities including data testing, schema validation, referential integrity, documentation, lineage tracking, exposures, metric definitions, and environment-based deployment controls.

• Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi.

• Implement enterprise best practices for testing, documentation, deployment, observability, and governance.

• Optimize SQL, data processing, and query performance across large-scale healthcare datasets.

• Build modern data platforms that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, and enterprise reporting while improving operational efficiency.

Data Quality & Stewardship

• Collaborate with Data Governance teams to implement enterprise metadata management, stewardship, lineage, and governance processes.

• Define, measure, and monitor master data quality metrics, governance KPIs, and service level agreements (SLAs).
