Master Data Governance

Within the Master Data Management Services Organization, the MDM Regional Manager leads an MDM Team in delivering required domain Master Data for Snacking, Food and Pet Nutrition in the assigned region, with a focus on quality and efficiency. The role will build on and extend the strengths of the MDM best practices already in place.

Key objectives of the role are steering operational capacity within the team and implementing standardized processes and data management best practices for issue resolution, project execution, and Business Segment value creation. The role will deliver against agreed service levels and data quality metrics, drive process effectiveness and efficiency, standardization, and automation -- thereby creating a competitive edge together with our business functions.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent English.
• 3+ years in team management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Master Data and S&OP+ experience.
• Process improvement and Lean experience.
• Experience managing remote teams.
• Strong MS 365 knowledge.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead and develop the regional MDM team.
• Partner with business segments to deliver Master Data requirements.
• Drive harmonization, simplification, and automation of MDM processes.
• Manage team capacity, priorities, SLAs, KPIs, and data quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies.
• Develop team capabilities, engagement, and talent pipeline.
• Build MDM knowledge and competencies across the team.
• Represent MDM in regional and global projects/forums.
