Marketing & USA Sales / Business Development Intern

SyncVR Medical is the leading XR (Extended Reality) platform in European healthcare, implemented in 200+ hospitals. We are expanding to the United States to establish our premium, unified platform for Immersive Care.

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated Marketing & US Expansion Intern to work directly with the CEO on this critical market introduction.

This is a high-level strategic role, not an administrative one. Alongside the CEO (who will be in the USA to visit customers and partners) and a team of Marketing interns, you will be responsible for executing the entire early-stage US go-to-market plan. If you are aiming for a career in Marketing, HealthTech, International Business Development, or a consulting role, this is a direct, high-velocity experience with immediate impact.

Tasks

You will own the foundational marketing and sales development activities required to introduce SyncVR's platform to the US healthcare system.

• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and qualify key decision-makers at target pediatric hospitals via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools. Write great messages to those prospects and execute outreach sequences to assist the CEO in securing initial meetings.
• Content Creation: create reels (from idea/script to posting the video!), manage a social media channel for SyncVR, review performance, and most of all: increase our reach!

Requirements

You are a talented self-starter (in other words, you don't wait for tasks, you perform on your own initiatives and ideas) who thrives on ownership and high-level strategy, comfortable operating in a remote, high-accountability setting.

• Education: Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's program or actively pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 2 days (16+ hours) per week for a period of 4-6 months.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native fluency is mandatory for all US-facing content and executive communication). Ideally, experience with producing video content (e.g. reels for Instagram - with professional appeal)
• Mindset: Highly proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously to deliver measurable results.
• Bonus: US Market Affinity: Strong familiarity with, or a declared interest in, the US healthcare system and its healthtech ecosystem.

Benefits

We are a mission-driven scale-up focused on providing unparalleled experience and career acceleration.

• Executive Access: Act as the direct sidekick of the CEO in high-stakes international strategy, gaining unfiltered, real-time insight into MedTech market entry.
• Tangible Portfolio: You will execute the entire early-stage digital GTM plan, leaving with a portfolio of measurable results, live content, and established market relationships that will significantly boost your career.
• Networking: Build your network through exposure to high-level US healthcare and MedTech executives.
• Remote & Flexible: Fully remote internship with flexible hours (within core team meetings).
• Compensation: This is normally an unpaid strategic internship, designed for educational credit and career experience. An internship salary may be offered only to candidates whose exceptional experience or strategic capability dictates a material contribution exceeding standard intern expectations. In other words, we may be able to provide compensation on a monthly basis, but since we're a startup, this will not be a significant amount. You do this internship because it's an learning opportunity you will never find elsewhere.
