We're looking for a developer who bridges the gap between marketing and engineering. You'll own the technical implementation of our marketing stack, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and data flow across platforms.

What You'll Do

Implement and maintain event tracking across our mobile app and web properties (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase)
Set up and optimize Google Ads conversion tracking, including server-side integrations via the Conversions API
Work directly with the marketing team to translate campaign requirements into technical implementations
Debug tracking issues, validate event data quality, and ensure consistency across platforms
Manage Google Tag Manager containers and coordinate tag deployments
Build dashboards and reports that connect marketing spend to user behavior and conversions
Document event schemas and maintain a tracking plan as the product evolves

What We're Looking For

Strong JavaScript skills and experience with mobile app development (React Native preferred)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking setup
Familiarity with product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
Understanding of attribution models, UTM parameters, and the customer journey
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented—tracking bugs can be subtle and costly

Nice to Have

Experience with BigQuery or other data warehouses
Background in mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
Familiarity with privacy regulations and their impact on tracking (ATT, GDPR)
