Hey there!
We’re Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment.
Our mission? To democratize access to culture and entertainment. With our proprietary cutting-edge technology and data-driven approach, we’re revolutionizing the way people engage with live entertainment.
Every month, our platform inspires over 300 million people in +55 countries (and counting) to discover unforgettable experiences while also empowering event creators with our data and technology, helping them scale, innovate, and enhance their events to reach new audiences.
Our results? We’ve teamed up with major industry leaders like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, presented international award-winning experiences, and are backed by several leading global investors! Impressive, right?
To achieve our mission, we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who are eager to help shape the future of entertainment!
Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
Meet The Team
As the Marketing Strategy team, we drive growth by attracting new users and increasing the reach, visibility, and sales of our experiences and brands. We create data-driven campaigns that connect with the right audiences across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and more. From strategy to execution, we’re focused on generating awareness, boosting engagement, and turning interest into action.
Join us and help shape the campaigns that inspire millions to discover and book unforgettable experiences.
The Role
You will be the driving force behind turning our experiences into regional successes. Instead of just managing campaigns, you will act as the commercial owner of your project portfolio, bridging the gap between creative vision and data-driven performance. Your main focus will be to orchestrate high-impact digital launches, find smart ways to scale target audiences, and unite our specialized in-house teams—from design to sales—under a single, high-performing strategy.
What You´ll Do
- Own the marketing strategy of your experiences, with full accountability on performance and results
- Create successful performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram
- Analyse campaign performance and proactively identify growth opportunities and optimisation levers
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting...)
- Lead campaign planning and prioritization, ensuring timely launches and high-quality execution across multiple projects
Who You Are
- You have +6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Facebook ads, and other social paid platforms
- You have proven ownership, able to lead projects end-to-end, with accountability over results
- You are highly organised and methodical, with strong execution and attention to detail
- You have a proficient/bilingual level of English. A second language is a plus
- You have a marketing background
Why You´ll Love it
- Attractive compensation package with room to grow.
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.
- Superannuation: We invest in your future. Fever contributes 12% of your gross salary to your Super, ensuring your long-term savings grow alongside your career.
- Private health insurance with GU Health paid by Fever up to 2750 AUD for the annual premium.
- ClassPass membership for gym and wellness access: paid by Fever up to 39 credits per month.
- Language learning support: English and Spanish lessons.
- Hybrid work setup: home office friendly with a central (Sydney; Melbourne) office location.
- Dynamic international team: a young, talented group creating a great work environment.
