Digital Strategy & PR

• Develop and execute regional public relations initiatives that increase NDI's visibility across key APAC medical technology markets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with regulatory and brand guidelines typical of regulated industries

Website Translation and Content Production

• Translate and maintain English website content in Simplified Chinese using WordPress, including content updates, landing page creation, and coordination of basic web development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance multi-lingual content, site performance, SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization

Competitive intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities including product launches, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, executive appointments, and market positioning.
• Track industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and broader market conditions affecting the medical technology industry.
• Prepare and distribute regular competitive intelligence reports to support strategic marketing and business decisions.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in translating and editing Simplified Chinese content.
• Proven success managing digital marketing and content production (graphic design).
• Strong understanding of best digital practices, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

ADDITIONAL STRENGTHS:

• Knowledge of medical technologies, with an understanding of optical or electromagnetic tracking systems considered an asset.
