Marketing Specialist

ARG Industrial is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can own execution across a wide range of marketing functions and bring real creative ability to the work. This is not a coordinator role. We are looking for someone who can produce content, build campaigns, design materials, and manage multiple workstreams with the discipline and independence to keep things moving. This role is the second full-time seat in ARG’s marketing department. It reports directly to the Director of Marketing and works across digital, print, email, social, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative instinct and operational follow-through, someone who can take a creative brief and run with it, and who wants to grow into broader ownership as the department evolves. Creative ownership is built into this role from day one. We want someone who can bring ideas, develop assets, and take initiative, not just execute what’s already been decided.

ARG Industrial is a 100% employee-owned company that provides hose, fittings and associated industrial products for a wide variety of markets and industries. These include equipment manufacturing, transportation, oil and gas, marine, construction, food & beverage, government and others. The company delivers value through quality fabrication, product expertise and meaningful service throughout Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Northern Idaho. We are a hands-on customer service company that believes our employees are our greatest asset.
