Using project management tools and effective communication, you will maintain visibility into progress and keep stakeholders aligned. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning marketing plans into measurable business outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with U.S.-based business operators and contribute to growing marketing operations.

• Manage marketing projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines, priorities, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across content, design, paid media, and other relevant teams.
• Establish and maintain project timelines, task assignments, priorities, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Manage project boards and workflows using tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or comparable project management platforms.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays and dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers before they affect delivery.
• Coordinate campaign launches and ensure all required assets, approvals, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Follow up with team members and stakeholders to maintain accountability and ensure commitments are met.
• Provide clear, timely project updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into deadlines, ownership, and changing priorities.
• Take independent ownership of project execution, anticipating next steps and addressing issues without requiring constant supervision.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing project management or a comparable project coordination role.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working with marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and the coordination required to deliver campaigns successfully.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain accurate project tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, initiative, and consistent follow-through.
• A professional home office setup and reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to submit an introductory video as part of the recruitment process.

Benefits:

• Fully remote, work-from-home arrangement.
• Full-time position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, aligned with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones.
• Monthly compensation of $1,250 USD during the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500 USD per month thereafter.
• Streamlined recruitment process with clear communication throughout hiring.
• Opportunities matched to your professional experience, strengths, and capabilities.
• Potential for salary increases and longer-term opportunities based on performance.
• Direct exposure to U.S.-based business operators and growing businesses.
• Meaningful ownership of marketing projects, with the opportunity to influence campaign execution and business growth.
• Consideration for current and future client opportunities as matching positions become available; the posting may not represent an immediate opening.
