Marketing Project Manager

Marketing Project Manager

About Us

Position Summary

This role is the trusted marketing partner to program leads across Federation - translating a program owner's goals for a community engagement event or initiative into a coordinated marketing plan, and keeping that plan on track from the first conversation through final delivery.

The Marketing Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting marketing support for programs, events and initiatives. This role manages project intake, assessing the scope of the project, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and expectations from the initial request through final delivery and post-project review.

This is not a creative production or traffic management role. The focus of this position is stakeholder partnership, prioritization, and end-to-end project delivery - not asset production. The ideal candidate is someone who manages relationships and priorities as skillfully as they manage timelines.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing many projects at once, and can adapt quickly as priorities, timelines, and project details change. This role coordinates work across teams but does not directly supervise staff unless otherwise assigned.
