Marketing Production Specialist

Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch, read and engage with? Are you curious about the future of the hotel industry?

We’re looking for a Marketing Production Specialist to join our marketing organisation. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across marketing channels and our amazing hotel portfolio — creating engaging, relevant and high-quality content for audiences across multiple markets.

You’ll be part of an international and collaborative team, working closely with marketing, brand and local market teams to transform strategies, campaigns and ideas into compelling content across marketing channels.

What you’ll do

As our Marketing Production Specialist you’ll be both a creative thinker and a hands-on maker. You’ll take ideas from concept to finished content and help us continuously improve how we communicate across our marketing channels.

Some of the things you will spend a lot of time on, but not all:

• Develop content in different formats, including video, graphics, copy and short-form social content
• Turn campaign briefs and brand strategies into creative concepts and executions
• Adapt international content for different markets, audiences and channels
• Plan and edit content independently as well as together with agencies and external partners
• Work closely with international and local marketing teams to identify content needs and opportunities
• Stay on top of digital trends, platform developments and emerging content formats
• Use performance insights to understand what works — and continuously test and improve our content
• Help develop efficient ways of working, templates and best practices for content creation across markets and the tools we use in our daily work
• Ensure that everything we create feels consistent with our brand while still being relevant to the channel and audience

Who we’re looking for

You’re someone who loves creating content in a fast paced environment — not just talking about it. You have a strong creative eye, understand what makes marketing content relevant and engaging, you are also comfortable moving quickly from an idea to execution working across a large multimarket organization. You love working across many touchpoints and stakeholders.

We think you have:

• Experience working with digital content creation, social media, marketing or a similar field
• Strong skills in visual storytelling and short-form content
• Strong hands-on experience working with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
• Experiencer using AI powered creative tools is a strong plus
• Experience creating and editing video and visual content
• A good understanding of major social and digital platforms and how content needs to differ between them
• Strong writing and communication skills in English is great
• An understanding of how data and performance insights can inform better creative work
• The ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time
• A collaborative mindset and confidence working in an international, cross-functional environment
• Experience working across several markets, cultures or languages is a strong advantage.

What will make you successful

You’re curious, creative and proactive. You spot opportunities, bring ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to experiment with new formats or ways of working.

You combine a strong sense of brand with an understanding of digital culture. Most importantly, you know that great content needs to do more than look good — it needs to connect with an audience and create an impact.

Join an international team

You’ll join a collaborative international marketing organization where ideas are shared across borders and where you’ll have the opportunity to influence how our brand shows up digitally.

If you enjoy combining creativity, storytelling, digital culture and hands-on content production, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a 6-month project employment, based at our head office in Stockholm on Sveavägen 167.

Please include your CV and portfolio or examples of content you’ve created with your application.
