➡️ Enjoy getting hands-on with HubSpot, Salesforce, and automation to make campaigns and lead journeys work better?
➡️ Excited to connect product-led demand with sales-led growth and help a global marketing team scale?
✅ If this sounds like your next move, we’d love to hear from you!
Patsnap is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and reporting that make our global marketing function measurable, efficient, and accountable to revenue. Reporting and analytics will be at the heart of this role. You'll create a trusted view of marketing performance across campaigns, channels, regions, and the revenue funnel, then turn that data into insights that help Marketing understand what's working, where opportunities exist, and where to invest next.
You'll also own the operational infrastructure behind our marketing engine, from workflows, lead routing, scoring, and attribution to marketing technology and data quality. A key priority will be helping connect Patsnap's product-led and sales-led growth motions by identifying, nurturing, qualifying, and routing product-generated demand into the sales funnel. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who is as comfortable building a workflow or dashboard as they are analyzing performance and recommending what the business should do next.
