Marketing Operations, ABM & Demand Generation Manager at Presidio – Dublin | Jobyssey

Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future
At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role
As Marketing Operations, ABM & Demand Generation Manager you will own the full technology stack — HubSpot, Salesforce, and the ABM platform — as well as the account-based marketing strategy and paid media execution that puts Presidio in front of a large portfolio of named enterprise accounts across the United States from Day 1. You will build the machine from scratch and run it.

Responsibilities Include:

ABM Strategy, Targeting & Demand Generation

Build and maintain a tiered ABM target account list across Tier 1 (1:1 ABM — highest-priority named accounts) and Tier 2 (1:few ABM — broader enterprise universe) using firmographic, technographic, and intent signal criteria
Design account-level content journeys per buying persona — IT Director, CPO, Procurement Director, and CFO — across every stage of the buying cycle
Lead the weekly named account review with the Business Development team, aligning marketing activity to live pipeline priorities
Plan, build, and manage LinkedIn Sponsored Content and Google Ads campaigns; run structured A/B testing across messaging and audience segmentation
Design and manage HubSpot email nurture sequences per persona; monitor MQL conversion and optimise continuously

Marketing Technology & Operations

Own, configure, and optimise the ABM platform (Demandbase or 6sense) — intent data monitoring, account scoring, and audience segmentation
Own the full HubSpot marketing automation platform — workflow configuration, lead scoring, email sequences, and list management
Manage the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, ensuring clean data flow, accurate attribution, and full pipeline visibility from first touch to closed revenue
Configure intent signal tracking and 5-day Business Development Manager alert workflows when named accounts surge on target topics
Own the MQL-to-SQL handoff process — defining thresholds, SLAs, and feedback loops with the sales team
Build and maintain the marketing performance dashboard, reporting weekly to the Vice President and monthly to senior leadership

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

4+ years of hands-on B2B ABM or demand generation experience in technology, IT services, or SaaS
Proven experience managing an ABM platform (6sense or Demandbase) — intent data, account scoring, and audience segmentation
Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce — workflow automation, lead scoring, CRM integration, and attribution reporting
Strong LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads experience in an enterprise B2B context
Highly analytical and commercially fluent — pipeline, CAC, LTV, and revenue contribution are your native language

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience:

Experience in IT procurement, end-user compute, or device lifecycle management
Knowledge of Bombora, ZoomInfo, or Cognism for intent data and contact enrichment
Prior experience launching a new market or product line
