Job Summary
The Marketing Manager (IT) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's IT products, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity services, managed IT services, and digital transformation solutions. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, supporting sales growth, and strengthening the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for IT products and services.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email marketing, and other online platforms.
- Promote software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, web development, mobile applications, AI solutions, and managed IT services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for IT solutions.
- Prepare marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and technical content.
- Manage the company's website, SEO, SEM, and social media presence.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business development activities.
- Organize webinars, product launches, exhibitions, seminars, and technology events.
- Build relationships with technology partners, vendors, media agencies, and strategic partners.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital and offline marketing channels.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT marketing, software marketing, or technology product marketing.
- Strong understanding of IT products, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, software development, SaaS, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation solutions.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing SaaS, cloud, AI, or enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
