Marketing Manager - Baby

Position Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to drive one of ZURU Edge's biggest verticals: Baby. You'll execute global initiatives and lead local campaigns end to end, covering product launches, influencer seeding, digital performance, PR and retailer partnerships. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director and our global teams.

About ZURU

ZURU is a reimagination company. We look for categories that have stood still, then we build next-generation products and brands that set the new standard. ZURU Toys is reimagining play. ZURU Edge is reinventing everyday consumer brands. Rhodes Pet Science is reimagining pet science. ZURU Tech is leading the next building revolution.

ZURU started in 2003 with two brothers from New Zealand, and we're still founder-owned and operated today. Since then we've become the world's second-biggest privately held toy company, and nearly half of all Gen Y and Gen Z households with kids in the US own a ZURU product. Today we're 5,000 people in 34 offices, selling into more than 150 markets, backed by over 100 acres of fully automated manufacturing. And we're only getting started.

Position Impact

Baby is one of the fastest-moving verticals in ZURU Edge's portfolio, and this role has a direct hand in how the brand grows in market. You'll take global plans and turn them into launches, campaigns and retail activations that land locally, and what you learn from each campaign will shape the next one. You'll sit in a tight, high-performing marketing team alongside the Marketing Director, the global influencer and digital teams, and our retail partners. Your work will show up directly in sales, share and brand strength.

How you'll help us grow

• Own global Baby initiatives alongside the Marketing Director, and lead and execute local marketing strategy across your market

• Drive execution of global paid campaigns, localising content and activations for cultural and market relevance

• Lead new product launches across all major marketing channels, making sure execution is cohesive and high-impact

• Oversee digital marketing performance, working with our internal Digital Marketing team to optimise campaigns and improve efficiency

• Lead large-scale influencer seeding campaigns with the global influencer team, covering outreach, content acquisition and delivery

• Manage PR and events, including briefing agencies on editorial, activations and experiential marketing

• Be the primary contact for key retail partners, driving retail media activation and managing listings

• Manage and track marketing and paid media budgets, plus operational tasks like customer service coordination, marketing stock and invoicing

• Deliver bi-monthly updates to internal and external stakeholders across your markets

• Lead post-campaign reporting, pulling out insights and recommendations that strengthen future activity

What Helps You Win Here

• 4–8 years in brand marketing, in-house FMCG or a fast-paced agency

• Hands-on experience across 360 brand marketing, retail, influencer marketing and campaign management

• Strong organisation and prioritisation: you hit deadlines and stay sharp under pressure

• Proactive, solutions-driven and creative, with a curious, strategic mindset that always asks "why"

• A natural collaborator who communicates openly and lifts the team around you

Who thrives at ZURU

This isn't a 9-to-5. We move fast, think big and set goals most companies would call impossible, then go after them. The people who thrive here are entrepreneurs at heart. They own their work, chase bold ideas and never stop raising the bar.

At ZURU, you drive your career, and we give you the platform to take it as far as you can. There are opportunities here that you won’t find anywhere else, and you'll be surrounded by talented people who make things happen. We're a true meritocracy: we reward impact, not tenure.

How we work

Big ideas happen when great people work side by side, so we're office-first by design. Being together means faster collaboration, sharper decisions and stronger teams, and it's where the real learning happens. Some flexibility may be available depending on the role, location and business needs, but most roles are office-based.
