We are seeking an energetic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Executive to lead our digital presence. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand—producing engaging video and visual content across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook—while taking ownership of our company website to drive traffic and search visibility through solid SEO practices.
If you love being behind the camera, know how to hook an audience in the first three seconds, and understand how search algorithms tick, we want to hear from you.
Content Creation & Video Production
Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube (long-form & Shorts).
Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, audio tracks, and platform algorithm changes to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Design complementary visual assets (carousels, banners, infographics) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Manage community interactions by engaging with comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to nurture an active audience.
Website Management & SEO
Maintain and update company website content (CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify), ensuring messaging, imagery, and product/service information remain current.
Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies (keyword research, meta tags, URL structuring, image optimization, internal linking) to boost organic search rankings.
Write SEO-friendly blog posts, landing page copy, and case studies that attract organic traffic and convert visitors into leads.
Monitor website health, fix broken links, and collaborate with developers on site speed and user experience improvements.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on core performance metrics across platforms (reach, engagement, video retention, CTR, organic search traffic, and keyword rankings) using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and native platform insights.
Translate data insights into actionable strategies to continuously optimize content performance and conversion rates.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Content & Video Skills: Proficiency with mobile or DSLR video production and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
SEO & Web Knowledge: Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and foundational knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
Copywriting: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing compelling social hooks, video scripts, and clear web copy.
Portfolio: A portfolio or link to past video/social campaigns, creative projects, or live web content is required with your application.
