Marketing Coordinator

Provides marketing support to the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center (“PPC”) through social media and content creation, and interfaces with clients, potential clients, visitors, partner organizations and donors.

Responsibilities:

• Use photography and video skills to develop content for internal and external communications
• Oversee donor and client social media networks by monitoring PPC content and audience response
• Work with the Graphic Designer and Creative Lead to create content for social media networks
• Contribute to PPC content creation, including researching and documenting client success stories and blog writing
• Ensure client permission is granted for use of client names, stories, photographs, and video
• Maintain clear communication and confidentiality with every client
• Adhere to HIPAA protocol with all client information
• Assist with marketing projects by:
• Researching vendors for marketing or fundraising projects
• Setting up for events
• Help create, source and stock printed materials
• Assist with any internal/external events and tours
• Other duties as assigned
