ABOUT THE ROLE
Olé Life is building the most relevant life insurance company in Latin America: 100% digital, USD-denominated, and designed for agents who want to sell differently.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing strategy across México, with a focus on B2B lead generation, incentive programs, and agent community building. We are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work with a high level of autonomy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the design and execution of the B2B marketing strategy for the assigned market, including positioning, agent activation, and lead generation.
- Lead the producer incentive program, including segmentation by production level, reward mechanics, communication, and performance measurement.
- Plan and coordinate in-person and digital events, including webinars, product launches, agent conventions, and brand activations.
- Develop the content and social media strategy (LinkedIn and Instagram): define content pillars, editorial calendars, and formats based on channel and audience (70% B2B / 30% B2C).
- Produce and oversee sales enablement materials, including presentations, emails, visual assets, and video scripts.
- Implement and maintain marketing tracking in HubSpot, including channel attribution, CAC, active agent coverage, and performance reporting to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between communication and the needs of each market.
- Adapt the brand voice and communication to each market while maintaining Olé Life’s global brand guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience in Insurtech or Fintech.
- Experience in B2B Marketing and/or channel marketing.
- Experience managing incentive programs.
- Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM.
- Experience planning and managing events.
- Advanced English.
- Neutral Spanish.
- Portuguese is a plus for Brazil.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Canva and/or Figma.
- Experience in video production.
- Experience with Notion, Cvent, Splash, or similar tools.
Design skills are not a requirement. We value strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to create clear and precise briefs for designers more than hands-on design execution.
WHO YOU'LL THRIVE WITH
- You come from an Insurtech or Fintech background and understand what motivates agents to engage with a brand.
- You can move seamlessly from strategy to execution: you write the email, build the deck, and review the numbers.
- You have a data-driven mindset: you measure, interpret results, and adjust based on concrete evidence.
- You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and enjoy building things from scratch.
- You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, understanding that the agent is the protagonist — not the brand.
How we collaborate
We enjoy the flexibility of remote work, but we also believe that some moments are better shared in person. We get together to collaborate, celebrate milestones, strengthen relationships, and align on what's next. That's why we're looking for candidates based in CDMX, who can join these in-person moments as needed.
