Content Marketing Manager
WHO WE ARE
The Car Park is a rapidly growing company that leverages the power of cutting-edge technology, legendary customer service, and best-in-class practices to operate more than 500 locations across the United States. We are experts at meeting the unique needs of the markets we serve, including hospitality, healthcare, events, municipalities, office, retail, and universities.
Professionalism, mutual respect, and a sense of humor are traits we value and exhibit. We have built a collaborative environment placing a high emphasis on integrity, trust, and caring. We understand each of us plays a significant role in positively impacting our company culture and have a deep commitment to providing our team members with exceptional employee experiences, learning opportunities, career progression, and dare we say it, a little bit of fun.
WHO WE NEED
The Marketing team is growing The Car Park's presence in the market, and we're scaling the team to match. We're seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own the words that represent The Car Park. You'll shape our voice, build our editorial calendar, and produce content that earns attention from clients, prospects, and our own team members.
You'll write, edit, and publish across every channel we use, including web, email, social, intranet, sales materials, and print. You'll partner closely with our graphic designer to bring that content to life. Our team is lean and collaborative, so the ideal candidate is equally comfortable drafting a case study, tightening a client pitch deck, building a landing page in WordPress, and mapping next month's social calendar, possibly all before lunch.
This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You'll set priorities, measure what works, and help shape how content supports our growth.
Location: Boise, Idaho (on-site). Reports to: VP of Marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Editorial strategy and calendar: Plan and manage content across blog, email, social, and web, aligned to business development and brand priorities
Writing and editing: Blog posts, case studies, thought leadership, client proposals, presentation materials, and internal communications
Brand voice: Serve as a steward of The Car Park's tone across channels and ensure consistency in everything we publish
Digital marketing: Build and optimize landing pages and client websites, run email campaigns, and apply SEO best practices, including local SEO for our markets
Social media: Develop content calendars and posts that grow our industry presence
Reputation management: Draft thoughtful, on-brand responses to public reviews
Performance reporting: Track content and campaign results in Google Analytics and related tools, and turn the findings into recommendations
Creative collaboration: Partner with graphic designer on infographics, signage, flyers, brochures, and presentations, and contribute design support when the workload calls for it
