Marketing Collection Launch Manager

We're an exciting and growing multi-brand company, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Product Marketing team. This is very much a Marketing role, with a strong project management component, focused on bringing new product collections and associated marketing materials successfully to market.

You will play a central role within the Marketing organisation, taking ownership of collection launches from concept through to market delivery. You'll coordinate the full marketing launch process, ensuring that collection books, marketing packages, brand materials and supporting assets are developed and delivered consistently on time and within budget.

The role will work across our European organisation but will have a strong focus on our Dutch brands and the Dutch market. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is proficient in Dutch as well as English and who is comfortable working closely with Dutch-speaking brand, marketing and commercial stakeholders.

You'll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Local Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Design teams, while also partnering closely with General Managers, brand teams and the wider Marketing leadership team. A key part of the role will be translating product and brand priorities into clear marketing project plans and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders throughout the launch process.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of collection books and supporting marketing packages, collaborating with external partners including bookmakers, printers, agencies and other suppliers to bring each collection to life.

Strong project management capabilities are essential. You'll manage multiple marketing projects and collection launches simultaneously, develop detailed timelines, manage budgets and dependencies, and ensure that all elements come together into a high-quality and consistent market launch.

Key responsibilities
• Lead Product Marketing collection launches from concept through to market delivery.
• Own the project management of collection books, launch materials and supporting marketing packages.
• Coordinate closely with Product Marketing, Local Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Design.
• Work particularly closely with our Dutch brands and Dutch market stakeholders, alongside other European
markets.
• Align with General Managers, brand teams and Marketing leadership on priorities, timelines and expectations.
• Translate marketing and product priorities into clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage external marketing suppliers including bookmakers, printers, agencies and other partners.
• Create and manage project timelines, budgets and execution plans.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality and timely delivery across all marketing deliverables.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and support change across markets.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and the wider Marketing team.
• Manage several collection launches and marketing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multi-brand
environment.

What we're looking for
You are an experienced project manager who understands how Marketing teams operate and enjoys bringing together product, brand, creative and commercial stakeholders to deliver tangible results. You are structured and organised, but equally comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities can change and several projects are moving at the same time.

Proficiency in Dutch and English is important for this role, as you will work extensively with our Dutch brands and stakeholders while operating within a broader European organisation.

Experience in Product Marketing, brand marketing, collection launches, marketing operations or a similar marketing environment would be highly valuable. Experience within our industry or another multi-brand, product-led environment would be considered a strong advantage.
