At EF Language Abroad, we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
Since 1965, we've helped millions of students discover new places, embrace diverse cultures, and gain fresh perspectives. We offer immersive language courses and programs across different languages, in the countries where they're spoken. Our global staff help students develop the language skills they need to achieve their dreams.
This isn't your average job. Neither are the people who thrive here.
You're analytical, detail-obsessed, and energized by turning data into action. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, love building systems that work while you sleep, and want a role where your technical skills have a real, measurable impact on the business. If you're ready to own customer lifecycle communications end-to-end and push the boundaries of what CRM automation can do, keep reading.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team and take full ownership of our CRM and customer lifecycle communications.
This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for building, managing and optimizing automated customer journeys across multiple touchpoints — including Email, WhatsApp, SMS and other owned channels.
Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will design personalized customer experiences that support every stage of the customer lifecycle: from lead generation and nurturing, through booking, pre-departure, in-destination communications, referrals, returners and cross-selling.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical and analytical skills, who enjoys improving processes, testing new ideas and delivering measurable business results through automation.
