At Aceve, we back the builders of society. Founded in the Nordics and growing across Europe, we build digital tools for the people who construct and maintain our physical world - giving electricians, plumbers, and contractors back their time, clarity, and confidence. With over 900 employees across 8 countries, leading brands in 7 customer markets, and more than €100M in revenue, we're on an ambitious growth journey, and we're just getting started. We're an AI-first company, and we work with grit, openness, and a good dose of joy.

Construction is one of the least digitised industries in Europe.
We think that's the best problem in tech, and we'd like some help going after it.

Where you come in

You'll build the machine that connects marketing and sales across the Nordics, Germany and Benelux.

You start with Sweden, end to end. The automations, the programs, the standards — yours. Then six markets run on what you built. This isn't tidying up someone else's architecture and quietly resenting their naming conventions. It's scaling our engine globally during the high-growth phase

You'll have our CRM & Insights Manager next to you as a sparring partner. You bring the technical craft. You'll spot pipeline bottlenecks and turn them into initiatives that activate our database — if that's the part that gets you out of bed, you're the right person

What you will do

• Own the whole lifecycle. Form submission to lead routing, and everything grubby in between. Dynamic lists with nested logic. Scoring and grading. Engagement Studio programs from entry criteria through branching to suppression and dynamic content. All of it, yours.

• Build with AI — don't just prompt it. Rules-based automation is great until it meets a lead that doesn't fit any rule. That's where you come in: agents that make the judgment calls, flag the data problems, and hand Sales a summary worth reading. You know how an agent reasons over Salesforce and Data Cloud, and — more importantly — where the guardrails go.

• Find automation oppportunities. Reporting, broken flows, sync errors, record enrichment. Copy drafted with LLMs as a default. Sequences personalised per ICP at a scale nobody could hand-build.

• Keep the plumbing honest. The Salesforce ↔ Account Engagement connector. Marketing Data Sharing Rules across Business Units. When it breaks, you fix it — you don't file a ticket and wait.

• Own reporting. Connected Campaigns set up so the data actually flows back. Multi-touch attribution that holds up when someone senior asks which channel earned the deal — and gives every touch along the way the credit it's owed.

• Collaborate with Sales. Lead handoff criteria, upsell and cross-sell, pipeline reviews. Translating what the data says into something that actually lands in a sales conversation, which is a different skill and you know it.

• Make it smarter over time. Predictive scoring. AI-driven personalisation. Catching the segment that's quietly dying before it shows up in someone's quarterly deck.

We believe that you have

• Built this before — properly built it — in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketo or Eloqua. You can walk us through something you made and why it worked.

• Nested rule logic, Page Actions, Custom Redirects, progressive profiling, scoring and grading — familiar territory.

• You know the Salesforce side well enough to argue about it. Campaign membership, member statuses that mean something, and a Lead Source that still makes sense after a lead converts.

• AI isn't a thing you tried once. It's how you work. LLMs for copy, segmentation and planning without thinking about it. Hands-on with enrichment and intent tools — Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Bombora, 6sense, whatever you've got.

• You track your work to pipeline and revenue, not just opens and clicks.

• You speak and write fluent English, and you know GDPR and PECR well enough to keep us on the right side of them — double opt-in, preference centres, consent you'd be happy to explain to marketing and legal.

Bonus points for

Nice, not necessary:

• The platforms we're circling as we scale — 6sense Revenue AI, Adobe Marketo Engage, Demandbase One, Agentforce workflows in MCAE

• Pre-send QA with Litmus or Email on Acid; SPF/DKIM/DMARC awareness

• UTM taxonomy and asset-foldering hygiene (yes, we noticed you cared)

• HTML for email templates, basic CMS/WordPress for AE forms, GA4 event validation

Why Aceve

• The impact is easy to see. Our customers build the homes, schools and hospitals the rest of us live in. Every hour our software hands back is an hour they spend doing what they're brilliant at — building society, literally.

• AI isn't a side project here. The tools, the investment and the permission to redesign how the work gets done — starting with your own.

• Autonomy and accountability, both. You lead your area. You make the calls. You live with them. We think that's the fun part.

• The pace is fast, and it's the good kind — the kind that comes from being part of a high-growth journey and scaling something real
