Where the team fits in
The Marketing Automation Manager (SFMC and Braze) sits within the Marketing Operations team – which is a part of the broader Audience & Marketing team.
The Marketing Operations team is focused on creating the capability to enable relevancy and personalisation of experiences enterprise-wide, through the development of people, processes, data and marketing technology.
This role will support the enablement and delivery of customer (B2B) lifecycle marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and eventually Braze - for the purpose of driving awareness and engagement of products, reach revenue targets and maintain customer sentiment through best practice campaign and journey development/execution.
This role is ideal for anyone highly technically proficient in SFMC, but keen to expand their platform experience into also learning and adopting Braze.
