Strong hands-on experience across marketing automation, customer data and technical integrations
Good JavaScript/Node.js and API integration skills
Strong SQL experience with CRM, customer or transaction data
Experience with server-side conversion tracking and data feeds
Experience building automated email journeys with conditional logic and personalisation
Hands-on experience with remarketing platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta
Good understanding of consent, privacy and unsubscribe requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
