• Plan, coordinate and manage the project activities within your area of responsibility
• Specify test requirements in close collaboration with product design teams and other R&D stakeholders
• Continuously improve and update existing manufacturing test platforms.
• Document test methods, procedures and platforms to support consistent implementation
• Manage collaboration with external partners and test-equipment vendors

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Bring an educational background in engineering, operations or another relevant field, and an interest in manufacturing test management
• Are comfortable analysing technical challenges and translating them into structured test solutions
• Can plan and organise several project activities while maintaining high standards for documentation and delivery
• Communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing, and work well with colleagues and external partners
• May have experience with programming languages and tools such as C#, LabVIEW, TestStand or PowerShell; video or acoustics solutions; PCBA, audio, video-screen or camera testing; the SAFe framework; or manufacturing collaboration in the Far East

We are open to different levels of experience and will provide onboarding and training to support your development in the role. Depending on project activities, you should expect occasional travel of approximately 5–15 days per year, planned where possible.
