We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Hardware Technician to join our production team in Austin. In this role, you will work hands-on with our manufacturing team to assemble, configure, and inspect computer systems and security hardware according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Assemble, configure, and disassemble computer systems and security hardware from CPUs, RAM, and storage to full servers following step-by-step technical procedures
- Install software, configure system BIOS, and perform functionality testing upon assembly completion.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic hardware, component, or system errors during the manufacturing process.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer specifications to eliminate defects.
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in hardware assembly, computer building, electronics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong familiarity with PC/server hardware components (CPUs, RAM, motherboards, storage, power supplies).
- Basic experience using hand tools or small power tools safely and effectively.
