Founded in 2018 by Mads Jensen and Dan Bowyer, we are entrepreneurs investing in entrepreneurs, with multiple exits as both founders and investors. We have backed 37 companies across our funds, both Top Quartile performers, and we are building one of Europe's best early-stage firms.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate / Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our fund operations. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will sit at the heart of the firm: keeping our investment processes, reporting cycles, compliance, and investor communications running smoothly while we raise our third fund and scale the portfolio. It is a lean, highly automated function: much of what used to be manual now runs on internal dashboards, databases, and AI tooling. You will inherit that toolkit, run it, and keep improving it, with direct exposure to how a venture firm is run and a genuine foundation for a senior operational career path.

What You'll Own:

• Run core fund operations: quarterly reporting, capital calls, distributions, fund admin cycles, and investor relations
• Own regulatory and compliance workflows, including FCA returns, audit preparations, tax returns, ESG, and AML/KYC
• Support fundraising operations and new investor onboarding
• Maintain and extend our internal tooling (dashboards and databases), using AI to automate manual processes
• Interface with external service providers including fund administrators, accountants, auditors, and legal counsel
• Manage office logistics and administrative coordination

What We're Looking For:

You're a technically proficient operator who is obsessed with Claude Code/workflow automations is and excited to learn first-hand what it takes to run an AI-native venture capital firm:

• A quantitative degree (engineering, finance, sciences) and/or 1-2 years in a relevant field (startups, operations, consulting)
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and app deployments
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statements
• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently

You'll Thrive Here If You:

• Are AI-native: you use AI instinctively as a force multiplier, building tools and automations to remove repetitive work rather than grinding through it
• Naturally create and follow systems to ensure consistent execution
• Are equally comfortable building workflows, querying data, and shipping a small tool as you are managing administrative processes and external providers
• Are a proactive problem solver and have a genuine appetite for learning new systems and building scalable solutions

We Value:

• Ambition and drive to excel in a fast-growing venture capital environment
• The ability to work independently while contributing to our collaborative team culture
• A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve our operations
• Intellectual curiosity about startups, technology, and investment
• Working in person. We value time face-to-face while maintaining a flexible approach to days in the office.

SuperSeed is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on merit and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
