KPMG is one of the most trusted and respected global professional services firms. Through depth of expertise, clarity of insight and strength of purpose we help our clients solve complex challenges, steer change, strengthen, transition and grow.
KPMG’s Deal Advisory team supports clients with high-value strategic and financial decisions, typically in the context of M&A or large-scale capital investment. We bring financial analysis, commercial acumen and market insights to deliver sound investments and fuel New Zealand’s prosperity.
The Opportunity:
- KPMG has a longstanding presence in the New Zealand market as a trusted M&A advisor, with a senior team having extensive investment banking experience.
- Join a growing M&A advisory team where you'll work alongside experienced dealmakers, helping clients navigate some of their most important strategic decisions, including acquisitions, divestments, capital raisings and growth initiatives.
- We are looking to add a Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director to support the execution and delivery of M&A advisory mandates.
- As part of KPMG’s globally ranked M&A platform (consistently #1 or #2 in the mid-market) and leading New Zealand team (winner of INFINZ mid-market M&A deal of the year in 2026), you’ll have access to a strong pipeline of high-quality mandates, including domestic and cross-border transactions, often delivered in collaboration with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.
