We are seeking a Manager – Real Property Tax, State and Local Tax Services, to join our State and Local Tax Services team.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to

• Review real property tax assessments for reduction opportunities, attending hearings on behalf of clients, and tracking related follow-ups with the appropriate jurisdictions.
• Review and analyze clients’ real estate tax assessments for reduction opportunities.
• Clearly communicate real property tax review procedures to engagement teams.
• Understand the different capabilities of SALT team members and monitor as well as reviewing their work product to provide feedback on performance during and after the engagement process.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
• Communicate extensively with clients to drive expectations and report on the status of ongoing projects.
• Manage profitability of projects.
• Identify and communicate real property tax matters, as well as state & local tax matters to the SALT Directors.
• Subscribe to and actively read industry publications, then share relevant information (as applicable).
• Provide exceptional service to clients, always serving as a positive brand ambassador.
• Maintain a network of industry contacts and establish new long-term relationships.
