Manager, Planning Group (Japanese Speaking)

TheManager, Planning Group lead the Planning Group for the Memory Productsbusiness, overseeing business planning, sales and demand forecasting,performance analysis and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth.

· Foster effective communication and collaboration within the exportcontrol team to maintain high compliancestandards.

· Leadstrategic workforce planning and resource allocation to strengthen organizationalcapacity and capabilities.

· Collaborate closely with Japan HQ on pricing analysis and deliverymanagement.

· Prepare accurate purchasing, sales, and inventoryreports.

· Plan and coordinate sales promotions aligned with thebusiness strategy.

· Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of sales budgets.

· Conductresearch and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

· Lead and mentor team members while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Skill and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

· Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales,business planning, logistics, or related functions

· Good knowledge of memory products and the relatedmarket.

· Proven ability to lead teams, managecross-functional initiatives, and deliver results.

· Knowledge of or experience with export controlregulations and compliance practices.

· High proficiency in Japanese is required foreffective communication and negotiation with internal stakeholders and JapanHQ.
