- PubView Subscription Management: Manage partner subscriptions to Crossix's PubView product, supporting onboarding, data and ongoing dashboard questions
- Act as Client Escalation Bridge: Act as the liaison between media partners and the Client Services team for any client-specific issues, triaging escalations and ensuring swift, coordinated resolution
- Product & Methodology Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Crossix products and measurement methodology to credibly speak to partner questions, explain analytical outputs, and translate complex concepts clearly
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services, Data Partnerships, Product, and Operations teams to be aware of all partner-related activities and ensure seamless execution across the organization
Requirements

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident in client-facing settings
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where priorities shift
- Must be in the New York City area and able to be in the office for team and customer meetings
