Join SingHealth's International Collaboration Office (ICO) and play a meaningful role in advancing global health partnerships. You will be part of a team that supports international collaboration initiatives spanning research, education, training, policy, and capacity building, with a particular focus on the ASEAN region.We are looking for a Manager to support ICO initiatives through data management and to provide operational support to ICO Directors and country managers, while helping to nurture stakeholder relationships and manage project resources. What You Will Do:
On the strategic front, you will support the management of department-wide data and records, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date partner database, assisting in the documentation of agreements and contracts, and helping to compile departmental statistics. You will also support the implementation of data security measures and assist in maintaining the knowledge management system. You will support the development of strategic plans, assist in data collection and analysis, provide operational support to ICO Directors, and help coordinate major events.You will work closely with country managers to assist with capacity-building projects across the ASEAN region, supporting project monitoring and evaluation, providing administrative and logistical support, and helping to coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
You will also contribute to financial management by helping to monitor project expenditures, assisting in budget proposal preparation, supporting funding documentation, and helping to track resource allocation. You may occasionally recommend improvements to administrative processes as you develop familiarity with the office's operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of working experience
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with proficiency in data analysis and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages beyond English is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-cultural settings.
- Occasional overseas travel is required
