Manager, Internal Communications & Employer Branding

Overview About Foot Locker Foot Locker is the OG of sneakers. Across EMEA, we are accelerating our omnichannel transformation, strengthening how we connect with our people, our culture, and our brand as much as we do with our customers. The Role As Manager, Internal Communications & Employer Branding, you own how Foot Locker EMEA talks to its own people, from store teams to head office, and how the company shows up as an employer to the outside world. You translate strategy, culture, and change into communications that reach every level of the organization, including frontline store teams who rarely sit behind a desk. You also build and protect Foot Locker's reputation as a place people want to work, partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to bring the Employer Value Proposition to life across internal and external channels. You partner closely with Brand Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and Store Operations to make sure what employees hear internally and what candidates see externally tell the same, credible story.
