Reporting to the Payroll Director, the Payroll Manager takes enterprise strategy and turns it into a steady, well-controlled operation, with real authority over how the work is structured, staffed, and improved across payroll operations, tax, and systems.

This role leads a team that includes a Payroll Supervisor, Systems Analysts, and a Payroll Tax Analyst, where each person owns their piece of the process while the Payroll Manager owns the outcome. The position goes beyond getting payroll out the door: it calls for getting to the root of recurring issues, maintaining controls and documentation that hold up under audit, applying automation and AI to the work, and developing the people on the team. It is a role with visible impact on how a complex payroll operation runs day to day.
