Manager, HRBP- NORAM

How You'll Make an Impact:

As the Manager, HRBP, you will be a strategic partner to senior leaders and a key point of support for Cloudbeds team members across North America and Canada.

In addition to serving as the HRBP for one of our global business units:

You will work closely with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday/Systems, and senior leadership at all levels — Leads, Managers, Directors, VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.

This is a highly visible, strategic role critical to a growing and complex region.

In this role, you will also be responsible for managing confidential and sensitive team member information, supporting internal audits, and coordinating region-specific compliance initiatives. Given the scope and autonomy of the role, this position requires a solid understanding of regional employment practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently across time zones.
