Manager, Consumer and CO Assurance

Create your best future and join the 2nd Line Assurance team as a Manager, Consumer and CO Assurance.

What’s the role?

• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, such as retail lending, customer operations, or product lifecycle management (essential)
• Experience testing manual, automated, and technology‑enabled controls, including data and interface controls (essential)
• Exposure to product governance and risk frameworks, including customer outcomes and regulatory expectations
• Strong root cause analysis capability, able to identify systemic issues beyond surface‑level findings
