Job title: Manager, One Sanofi Leadership Development Program.

Job the job:

Sanofi, a global healthcare leader, discovers, develops, and distributes therapeutic solutions focused on patients' needs. Sanofi is organized into four global business units: General Medicines, Specialty Care, Vaccines, and Consumer Healthcare.

Our One Sanofi Leadership Development Program (LDP) develops a leadership pipeline of early top talent. Your first rotation will be in Sales, providing a foundational, field-based understanding of our commercial engine and customer relationships — this rotation may require relocation. Additional rotations will be based at your business unit's headquarters: Specialty Care (Cambridge, MA) or General Medicines and Vaccines (Morristown, NJ). Placement, including specific location and functional assignment, is determined based on business needs. The LDP launches your career to the next level through an experiential, hands-on learning approach.
