マーケティングマネージャー Marketing Manager

Job Description

Come Join UNSEEN as a Marketing Manager and help bring KEMURI to players around the world.

We're not looking for someone who simply runs ad campaigns or manages social media.

We're looking for a marketing professional who genuinely understands games, believes in the experiences our team is creating, and knows how to share that passion with players around the world.

We believe great marketing starts long before launch. That's why we see marketing as part of the game development team, working alongside developers to help shape how players experience our game from day one.

You'll be involved from the front lines of development, working alongside the development, PR, and Community teams to help grow the world of KEMURI together.

UNSEEN is a small game studio. That means every decision and every action can have a real impact on the future of the game. We believe that deciding what not to communicate is just as important as deciding what to communicate.

If you're someone who enjoys collaborating closely with developers, making thoughtful decisions, taking ownership, and following through, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for KEMURI
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience research
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across social media, video, advertising, and web platforms
• Build and manage marketing plans from pre-launch through post-launch

Release Management

• Manage the release process across platforms such as PlayStation and Steam
• Maintain store pages, marketing assets, and platform submission materials
• Coordinate master submissions, build uploads, and platform certification and approval processes

PR & Community

• Collaborate closely with the PR team and Community Manager
• Coordinate press releases and media communications
• Plan and support community initiatives
• Gather and communicate player feedback to the development team

Project Management

• Prioritize marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Manage schedules and project execution
• Track KPIs and recommend improvements

• Prepare for domestic and international game shows and industry events
