Keep family breaks running smoothly
Lead the Accommodation maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure highest standards and smooth operations. Oversee compliance, budgets and team performance while promoting a positive and motivated work culture.
What you'll be doing

Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality work
Manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Develop and implement a planned preventative strategy for all lodges
Ensure all statutory and legal testing is completed, documented and compliant
Promote a positive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement

Your working hours

Full-time contract
150 contracted hours per 4-week period
This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

NFQ Level 6 Advanced Craft Certificate in a Construction, Electrical or Mechanical / Engineering Trade OR NFQ Level 7 Degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management
Effective communication at all levels
Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
