• Assist with developing and populating corporate dashboards and scorecards with metrics, briefing charts, and supporting data. Includes creation/maintenance of metrics on the M\&RA HR Portal, HRLink (Cognos), and DON/Jupiter.
• Provide technical and functional user support for EEO systems such as iComplaints, NEAT, FEDSEP, and IRCMS within the DON EEO community.
• Design and develop processes to capture Applicant Flow Data, Occupational Civilian Labor Force (OCLF) benchmarking, and Barrier Analysis datasets; automate associated database tables and workflows.
• Prepare briefing charts with analyses and detailed data explanations for leadership consumption.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR and EEO reports at DON, Command, or organizational levels, including the documented calculations and data sources used.
