• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to quality gates at each stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Own defect tracking and management from identification through to resolution.
• Identify gaps in test coverage, recommend process enhancements, and help build a culture of quality within the team.

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in software quality assurance, with hands-on expertise in writing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and the Cucumber BDD framework.
• Familiarity with OutSystems 11 — including its application lifecycle, debugging tools, and testing considerations — is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable working with version control systems such as Git.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits within them.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

General Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, project managers, and end users.
• Proactive and takes initiative, managing your own workload responsibly and flagging risks early.
• Able to give and receive feedback professionally and constructively.
• Adaptable to changing priorities with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Contributes actively in team discussions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Candidates with strong practical experience and a genuine passion for software quality are welcome to apply.
