Locum Admin Assistant – Medical Centre | Up to $15/Hour #HHLT

📍 Gul Drive – Transport provided from Jurong East MRT
💰 Weekdays: $13/hour
💰 Weekends: $15/hour
📅 Minimum 6-Month Commitment | Long-Term Locum
⏱️ 44 hours/week

🕒 Working Hours (Rostered)
• Weekdays AM: 9am–5:30pm
• Weekdays PM: 12pm–9pm
• Weekdays Full Shift: 9am–9pm
• Weekends PM: 1pm–9pm
• Roster may include weekends and pre/post-Public Holiday periods

💼 Responsibilities
• Handle patient registration and frontline administrative duties
• Support a high-volume medical centre handling 100+ patients daily
• Update patient information accurately using Microsoft Office and relevant systems
• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Rotate between Medical Centres when required

📝 Requirements
• Able to commit 4–5 shifts/week for at least 6 months
• Comfortable working in a high-volume patient environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to rotate between different medical centres when required
• Must commit to 1 continuous week of OJT upon commencement
• Valid MMR, Tdap and COVID-19 vaccination records required
