We are looking for you to:

• Take ownership of the Scottsdale market’s revenue, profitability, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the local team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Personally deliver meaningful client work aligned with your expertise while balancing your leadership responsibilities.
• Improve operations and collaborate across offices and service lines to support clients and the team.

Your Background

We value the experience that has prepared you to develop people, deliver meaningful client work, and lead a successful local business. We believe that it will help shape how you contribute.

You may have built your experience in public accounting, private industry, tax, audit, CAS, or outsourced financial leadership.

You may have served as:

• Controller
• CFO of a small or mid-sized organization
• Outsourced CFO or Controller
• CPA firm Tax Manager or Senior Manager
• Audit or Assurance Manager
• Client Accounting Services leader
• Experienced Accounting Manager from private industry
• Financial or business leader with significant team, client, and financial-performance responsibility

A career built exclusively in tax is not required. Strong business leaders come from more than one career path.
