About the role

We’re looking for a Live-Ops Game Designer to join our team working on established & highly successful IP’s in the mobile free-to-play space. What you’ll do

• LiveOps & events - Design and balance LiveOps events end-to-end with a strong focus on engagement, retention, and clear goals; work within and contribute to a LiveOps calendar.
• Economy & systems - Design and balance game economies: hard currency (HC) pricing, sinks and taps, inflation control, and delivering clear utility and value to players.
• Progression & pacing - Own or contribute to feature unlock sequencing and progression pacing so players experience a clear, satisfying journey.
• Monetization - Design offers, event-monetization loops, and itemization. Work across consumable and non-consumable monetization and optimize for both IAP and IAA where applicable.
• Data & iteration - Use data to validate assumptions, conduct and track AB tests, tune/balance player progression, and improve event performance.
