About the role:

Hurrdat is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to design and optimize communications programs that help people make informed decisions and help business customers get lasting value from digital products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Map customer journeys from initial discovery and research through conversion, onboarding, ongoing engagement, and reactivation, accommodating different goals, decision timelines, and levels of engagement.

• Define how content, recommendations, timing, and calls to action adapt to stated preferences, behavior, and journey stage; establish rules for when communications should change, pause, stop, or transition to another sequence.
• Partner with content, creative, product, and data teams to develop reusable content that supports meaningful personalization at scale, while applying thoughtful judgment to communication frequency, customer circumstances, and shared information.
• Design onboarding programs and ongoing engagement experiences that help business customers reach meaningful milestones, discover features, adopt capabilities, and realize value.

• Work with product and engineering teams to define the events, data, and connections needed to support reliable communications, and establish clear ownership and working processes across marketing, product, data, and customer-facing teams.
• Define success for each program and stage of the customer journey, and measure whether communications help customers make progress, realize value, and stay engaged.
• Develop structured tests of content, timing, cadence, segmentation, and journey design; use performance data and customer feedback to identify friction and improve the experience.
