We’re proud to support over 300,000 coaches and millions of clients worldwide.
The possibilities ahead are limitless. As a global, diverse team of entrepreneurs, ex-founders, and fitness enthusiasts — with experience at Nike, Apple, Meta, Future, Les Mills, and more — we’re pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in health and fitness technology.
Join us in revolutionizing fitness and wellness with cutting-edge AI. Our vision is to empower every health and fitness professional with modern tools to unlock their potential and help more people live better lives. We believe in leveraging technology and AI to revolutionize the industry — while keeping the human touch at the heart of coaching.
The Role
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full customer journey from activation through retention and expansion. You'll design and execute data-driven email, push, and in-app campaigns that deepen engagement with our coach and trainer community, reduce churn, and drive revenue growth. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of product, data, and marketing, and a chance to meaningfully shape how tens of thousands of fitness professionals experience Everfit.
What You'll Do
- Own lifecycle strategy across the full funnel: onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and expansion spanning email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
- Build and optimize automated drip sequences and triggered campaigns in iterable that respond to real user behavior and milestones (first client added, first program published, first payment collected, etc.).
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate each feature’s value props into the right message, delivered at the right moment in a coach’s journey. Write high-converting lifecycle copy within Everfit’s established brand voice.
- Partner with Product and Data to define key activation and retention metrics, identify drop-off points, and run experiments that move the needle.
- Report on lifecycle KPIs (activation rate, 30/60/90-day retention, churn, LTV) and present findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, personalization, and campaign iteration. AI fluency is core to how we work at Everfit.
- Develop deep empathy for our coach and trainer community; understand their business goals, seasonal rhythms, and what makes them stay. And bring that insight into every campaign.
- Build and maintain segmentation models that ensure the right message reaches the right coach at the right moment in their journey.
- Collaborate with our Vietnam-based team across time zones, contributing to a culture of async communication and shared ownership.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing experience, ideally at a B2C or prosumer SaaS company. Deep experience with product-led growth motions and in-product messaging.
- Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation platform (Iterable, Hubspot, or equivalent). You can build complex flows yourself, not just brief them out.
- Strong analytical instincts; you're comfortable in data tools (SQL a plus) and make decisions rooted in evidence, not intuition alone.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, or the creator/entrepreneur economy. You understand what drives someone to build a coaching business, and that empathy shows in your work.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests; you know the difference between statistical significance and practical significance.
- Clear, compelling copywriting skills. You can write a subject line that gets opened and a nurture email that gets replied to.
- Fluency with AI-assisted tools for content creation, segmentation, and campaign optimization; comfort experimenting with emerging capabilities.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to operate autonomously; you to thrive without a lot of hand-holding and communicate proactively across time zones.
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing to SMBs, solopreneurs, or prosumers who blend personal passion with professional practice.
- Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or health tech platforms.
- Background working with globally distributed, cross-cultural teams.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and equity package at a well-funded Series B company with significant growth ahead.
- Hybrid work environment based in San Francisco with flexibility and autonomy.
- Annual company retreat bringing together the full US and Vietnam team. This is a genuine highlight of the Everfit year.
- Health Insurance benefits.
- A tight-knit, mission-driven team where your work has direct, visible impact.
Everfit is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
