Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Email / CRM)

About Us

Betstamp is the pricing intelligence layer for sports betting. We turn 200+ sportsbooks, exchanges, and prediction markets into one sharp, real-time view of fair value — for the sportsbooks that price against it, the bettors who bet with it, and the traders who move on it.

We launched in 2020, built by professional bettors who needed sharper tools than the market offered and won at scale using them. That same pricing now runs as infrastructure across the industry. Because it's still used to win real money, it can't drift — every model is backtested against years of closing lines and monitored continuously. What our customers run on is the pricing we stake our own edge on.

What We Build

One pricing engine, delivered three ways:

• Sportsbooks and operators get fair-value pricing on player props, alternates, and ladders, correlation-aware same-game-parlay pricing, and a normalized real-time and historical feed that drops into their existing trading stack.
• Professional bettors get Betstamp PRO, the professional odds screen — True Line pricing across 200+ books and real-time edge detection the moment a market is mispriced.
• Prediction market traders get the raw feed by API: sub-second data on every market we cover, benchmarked against the full spread of books and exchanges.

200+ sportsbooks and operators. 2,500+ markets. Sub-second refresh.

Why Betstamp

We're at the point where a product built for bettors has become infrastructure the industry runs on — and prediction markets have opened a category that barely existed three years ago. That's a rare window, and we're small enough that the people who join now shape what gets built rather than maintain what already exists.

The work has unusual clarity to it. Pricing is either sharp or it isn't, and our customers would know within a day if it weren't. You'll see the effect of your work quickly, and you'll be trusted with real scope early.

As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own email and CRM end-to-end across our portfolio of consumer brands.

Retention is where these businesses are won or lost. Most of our revenue comes from repeat customers, and the lifecycle programs that bring them back are still largely unbuilt. You will be the person who builds them.

You will own the promo calendar, the daily sends, the automated flows, and the creative that goes into them all. There is no dedicated design resource on this team, so you will be building the emails yourself using AI image tools, Canva, and HTML templates. We are not looking for a brand designer. We are looking for someone with taste and speed who can get a good-looking email out today.

We are also launching new brands on an ongoing basis, and each one needs a lifecycle program built from scratch. The system you build gets reused, so your scope grows with the portfolio rather than staying flat.

This role suits someone coming from ecommerce or DTC, an agency running lifecycle across multiple clients, iGaming, or any other high-frequency consumer business. We do not need you to have worked in our specific vertical, and successful candidates will be given real responsibility from Day 1.

This is a full-time position located in the downtown Toronto area.

• Hands-on ownership of a lifecycle program is a non-negotiable. You have built and debugged multi-step automated flows in a real ESP (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, SendGrid or similar), not just scheduled one-off campaigns.
• Design capability. You can build an email that looks good, work inside an HTML template, and produce campaign creative without waiting on a designer.
• AI-native, with your own judgement. We expect daily AI use for both copy and creative, and we expect you to know when the output isn't good enough to send.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven. You can read a cohort report, find where the funnel leaks, and check a hunch in a spreadsheet.
• Comfortable with high output. Daily sends across multiple brands is a significant volume of work, and the role is built around it.
• Ownership mindset. The team is small and nobody will build you a queue.
• Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, ecommerce, subscription or another high-frequency consumer business is a major plus.
• Experience marketing inside regulated or promotion-heavy environments is a plus.

• Build and own the monthly promo calendar across brands, planned weeks in advance rather than week to week
• Ship daily promotional sends, including copy, subject lines, offers, creative, segmentation and scheduling
• Build and maintain automated lifecycle flows covering welcome, first purchase, abandonment, win-back, reactivation, referral and loyalty progression
• Design the creative that goes into every send, from concept through to finished email
• Own segmentation across value tier, lifecycle stage, engagement recency and acquisition source
• Run structured tests on subject lines, offers, timing and creative, and act on what the results tell you
• Protect deliverability, including inbox placement, sender reputation, list hygiene, and bounce and complaint management
• Report on what each send drove in sessions, purchases and repeat purchases
• Stand up the full lifecycle program for each new brand launch
