- Relevant industry experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networking, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Candidates with fewer years of relevant experience who demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to transition from other ICT-related disciplines will also be considered.
- Strong passion for education and a commitment to nurturing and imparting knowledge to youths and adult learners.
- Keen interest and willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and emerging ICT domains.
- Relevant professional IT or cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with an interest in mentoring and engaging youths and young adults.
- Possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
